Holiday Season Begins!

Every year we have our family photo taken. This way we always have at least one picture with all of us in it. This was the first year that we dressed the boys in the whole get up...and oh my goodness...they looked like little men. They grow up so quick.

Halloween Night 2007

This Halloween the boys picked out their costumes. Nathan was The Thing (Muscle Boy) from Fantastic Four and Caleb was a Black Power Ranger. The boys weny Trick or Treating with some friends on our street...that had a good time. We were out for about an hour and then they were ready to come home. Needless to say...we have a lot of candy...enough to last us until next year!

Jason and the boys Carving the Pumpkin

Jason and the boys carved the pumpkin this year. The boys were the designers...they chose the eyes, nose, and mouth.

Artist in the Family

Caleb's artwork was chosen to be displayed in the Los Leones Art Festival. His artwork is titled "Feathers for Lunch" based on a book. The story was read to them in art class and then the students were asked to draw what they heard in the story and other things that the teacher had requested. And this is what he came up with. I am so proud of him.

Nathan's 1st Soccer Season

This was Nathan's first year playing soccer. He improved from his 1st game. He will now stay on the field...he may not play but he will at least be on the field. He enjoyed his first team sport. Throughout the season he made friends and learned the game. We enjoyed being there and watching him grow. Here is a little slideshow that my Aunt Linda created for our team. She did an awesome job. Enjoy! A video of Caleb will be coming soon.

Caleb and Nathan Playing Soccer

Here is a slides show of the boys playing soccer. So far Nathan's team has played 4 games and Caleb's team has played 3. Nathan is still getting used to being out on the field without Mommy and Daddy. We keep reminding ourselves that he is only 3. He is the youngest in his group. For the most part he is doing well. Caleb on the other hand is doing awesome...he is really getting the hang of it. Big improvement from last year when it comes to his focus and his ability to learn the game. Enjoy!

Caleb's First Day of Kindergarten

Today was Caleb's first day of Kindergarten. He is now a big boy and is in school all day long. He was definitely ready to go to school. It was strange not having him at the home during the day. Nathan missed having Caleb around.

This year Caleb has his own desk with his own supplies

The next American Idol???

My mom got the kids a Kidz Bop headphone set for Christmas. The boys love it! I caught Nathan singing and thought it was hilarious.
So this is what people mean when they say they have been singing since age 2.
Here he is singing "Trouble" by Pink.

We took the boys to see the San Antonio Missions. Caleb was really into the game and Nathan was more interested in the mascots.

Fourth of July

Wow...these are cool!

Caleb and Nathan had fun doing the fireworks. Nathan's favorites were the Sparklers and Snappers. Caleb liked the big ones up in the sky that everyone else was doing.

Our visit to the San Antonio Zoo

Can we have pet Lions???

I'm a Duck!

Quack Quack!

We need to fix the Goat's hair...it is messy.

Jason had some time off of work the week of the July 4th. We took advantage of the time and dis some things with the kids. We went to the Zoo, Sea World, Circus, and took them fishing.

Caleb turns 5

Look at me!

This year we had a Batman Birthday Party for Caleb. He had lots of friends from school come to his party. We had a huge water slide. The kids had a blast.

Another

Nathan...our next T-ball Superstar!

Artic Blast

We have had some unusual weather this winter in San Antonio. This year was very cold. We did not get snow but we did freeze. We had sleet and streets froze over. The city was shut down for a few days.
